• External Providers: Independent third-party providers that process transactions, provide liquidity, and execute swap processes under their own terms and conditions.
• Parties: swisscrypto.exchange and/or you as a user of these Terms of Use.
• Services: All services offered by swisscrypto.exchange, including tools, information resources, and interfaces to third-party providers for the exchange of digital assets.

1.3. Important Notices and Disclaimers

By using our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following:

• 1.3.2. All transactions are processed through independent external providers. swisscrypto.exchange has no influence over exchange rates, prices, or execution times.
• 1.3.3. Access to certain external providers may be restricted or unavailable in some jurisdictions for legal or regulatory reasons.
• 1.3.4. Despite comprehensive technical security measures, unauthorized access, security breaches, or system failures cannot be completely ruled out.
• 1.3.5. swisscrypto.exchange assumes no responsibility for the availability, performance, or quality of third-party provider services.
• 1.3.6. When interacting with external providers, you accept their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

2. Services Offered

2.1. Transaction Processing by Third Parties

All transactions initiated on swisscrypto.exchange are processed by independent external service providers. Our platform acts solely as an intermediary connecting users with authorized liquidity providers.

2.2. No Financial or Legal Advice

swisscrypto.exchange is not a financial institution nor a consulting firm. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Our activity is limited to providing technical access to non-custodial cryptocurrency transactions.

2.3. No Custody of Funds

swisscrypto.exchange never custodies or controls user funds or digital assets. All transactions occur directly between the user and the respective external providers.

2.4. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times. However, availability may be temporarily limited due to scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical failures.

2.5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing the necessary technical equipment, a stable internet connection, and for all associated costs, including data transmission fees.
